Westminster City Council were looking for a way to showcase their upcoming redevelopment projects to their residents and relevant stakeholders by using a method of storytelling and functionality that had not been used by local government in the UK before.
The storytelling approach was chosen after much consideration, with one of the main aims being to ensure users were engaging with all the relevant information before giving feedback on proposed plans. Each project was designed to showcase and visualise individual proposed changes and timeframes but also maintain a unified feel under the overarching regeneration scheme.
